Connect the machine purchase to confirmed production demand

A manufacturer should explain how new machinery or working capital will improve output, quality or unit costs. Provide equipment quotations, installation requirements and evidence of customer demand. Expanding capacity is not automatically profitable if sales remain unchanged or skilled operators are unavailable. Islamic asset financing needs an identifiable purchase and clear ownership steps, while equity investors need to understand the entire operating company and the liabilities they are indirectly exposed to.

Include commissioning, downtime and working capital

The cost of a machine includes transport, utilities, training, maintenance and the inventory needed to use it. Model the period before full production and assess whether existing customers can absorb the additional output. Disclose warranty limits, supplier deposits and any security already granted over the factory. Compare fixed payment obligations with realistic order margins so an attractive piece of equipment does not create a cash shortage during the expansion.
