Dutch Islamic giving and investment permission are separate enquiries

Islamic Relief Nederland provides charitable programmes and donation information, while the AFM supplies financial-supervision resources. A campaign seeking business investment needs a permissions check as well as scrutiny of its Islamic contract. Donations to a Dutch community or humanitarian project create a different relationship. They should identify the beneficiary and responsible organisation without implying that contributors acquire protected savings or a claim on profits.

Use the Dutch organisation’s reporting to assess the campaign

Look for clear accounts of spending, governance and any restricted use of donated funds. If the organiser promises tax-related documentation, confirm its status and the conditions applicable to your payment. For an investment, study the company’s revenue, existing debt and exit arrangements. International Muslim platforms add their own payout verification, so establish the correct collecting entity before promoting a campaign to supporters in several countries.
